Welcome to Anteak Woods. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, which together govern your relationship with Anteak Woods.


GENERAL CONDITIONS

These terms apply to all transactions conducted through our website (www.anteakwoods.com) or any other communication with our team.
Anteak Woods reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will be available on our website. Continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any changes.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Antiques and Restored Items: Our antiques and vintage pieces are carefully restored to preserve their originality. As pre-owned items, they may show signs of aging, including minor imperfections. We aim to describe each item accurately with photographs and details. Please contact us if you need further clarification before purchasing.
Custom Furniture: Custom furniture orders are designed in collaboration with the customer and built to specification. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate dimensions, materials, and design preferences. Once production begins, any changes may incur additional charges.

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and UPI. Full payment is required for all orders unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion or delivery.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
Custom order pricing will be provided post consultation, based on material and design specifications.
Availability of antiques and one-of-a-kind items is on a first-come, first-served basis.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Antiques and Restored Items: Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and delivery location. These charges will be shown at checkout. We ship domestically and internationally with estimated delivery times shared at the time of order.
Custom Furniture: Delivery times vary depending on design complexity. We will provide an estimated delivery window upon confirmation of the order. Delays due to external factors (e.g., supply chain issues, weather) will be communicated promptly.
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Antiques and Restored Items: All sales are final due to the unique nature of these products. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item was significantly misrepresented.
Custom Furniture: Orders cannot be canceled once production begins. No returns or refunds are offered unless there is a clear defect in craftsmanship.
Rental Service (if applicable): Rentals are subject to applicable rental fees, damage charges, and logistics fees. Refer to our rental agreement for detailed terms.

CUSTOM ORDERS AND DESIGNS
All custom woodworking projects are crafted in close consultation with the customer. A design outline and quote will be shared prior to production.
Once finalized, design modifications may incur extra costs.
As each item is handmade, natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are to be expected.

WARRANTY

Restored Antiques: Sold as-is due to their vintage nature. No warranties apply.
Custom Furniture: Covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship. This does not cover regular wear and tear, misuse, or natural wood aging.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All content on our website—including product images, descriptions, and design elements is the property of Anteak Woods. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

PRIVACY POLICY
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Anteak Woods is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase or product use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific item.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes, both parties agree to first seek resolution through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter will proceed to arbitration in Chennai, India, under local arbitration laws.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
