• Antiques and Restored Items: These are unique, vintage pieces and may show signs of wear consistent with their age. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs. For further clarification, please contact us before making a purchase.

 

• Custom Furniture: All custom pieces are made to your specifications. Accuracy in the dimensions and design details provided by you is crucial. Any changes requested after design approval may incur additional charges.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS
 

• All prices are in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Custom furniture orders require a 70% non-refundable deposit at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• Domestic Shipping (within India): Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of the product. All items are securely packed using high-quality materials to ensure safe transit, especially for fragile or intricate pieces.

 

• International Shipping: For orders outside India, the cost of packaging, shipping, and delivery will be determined based on the destination, size, and nature of the product. Some products may require specific processes depending on the material or wood type. Our team will provide a custom quote along with necessary export guidance before dispatch.

RETURNS AND REFUND 

Due to the nature of our products—antiques, vintage pieces, and custom-made furniture—returns and refunds are generally not accepted.

However, exceptions may be considered only if:
 

• The item is damaged in transit and shipping was arranged by Anteak Woods.

•  The issue is genuine, and the customer’s concern is reviewed and deemed valid by our team.

In such rare cases, resolution will be decided at our discretion, based on a case-by-case basis.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Anteak Woods website, including text, images, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Anteak Woods. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Anteak Woods is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW 

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation. If unsuccessful, the matter will be resolved through arbitration in Chennai, India, in accordance with Indian laws. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
